Platformsan facade platforms are operating systems that move vertically with electric motors on the rack gear, which is our own manufacture, used in building facade cladding, sheathing, painting, plaster and similar works.
It provides opportunities such as transportation of the material to be used with the worker, fast installation, comfortable and fast working opportunity, work efficiency and time saving. They are modular systems that can be opened up to a maximum of 10 meters on single platforms and a maximum of 30 meters on double platforms.
Working height can go up to 150 meters.
Double platforms offer the opportunity to work as two separate single platforms with a separate panel. Electric motors consist of reducer-motor-electromagnetic brake system. Parachute brake system is used for safety in facade platforms. This system is a safety device that stops the platform with a mechanical operating system in case all of the electric motors fail.
The masts (columns), triangular platforms and unit chassis used in facade platforms are resistant to corrosion due to their hot dip galvanized structure.
Facade platforms extend the life of the mastic and machine by gripping the mastic from 17 points and minimize the oscillation.
Except for electric motors and panel switchgear (Schneineider brand), all manufacturing is carried out by us.
We have two types of facade platform models, C2500 and C3000.
Facade platforms comply with CE Certificate, 2006 / 42 / AT, 2006 / 95 / EC regulations, TS EN 1495 + A2, TS EN 60204-1 TS EN 12100 standards.
