It functions as a safety brake device with features such as slack rope detection; it also functions as an anti tilt tool. Installed on a platform with two correctly applied climbing motors, the SkyGrip suspension rope prevents the platform from overturning if the suspension rope becomes unloaded or if the rope has a slope of more than 10 degrees.

SkyGrip Düşme Önleyici Emniyet cihazı mevcut Skyclimber tırmanma motorları ile tam uyumludur. SkyGrip herhangi bir özel bağlantı elemanı gerektirmez.
